Our cookies are a delicious treat! These are made with coconut flour, cocoa butter, linseeds flaxseed, vanilla essence, bicarb, a pinch of salt and sweetened with a combination of coconut sugar and xylitol.

With a range of flavors available: Coconut, Shortbread, Ginger, Cocoa Carob, and Choc Carob!

Ingredients: Coconut flour, cocoa butter, linseeds flaxseed, vanilla essence, bicarb, a pinch of salt and sweetened with coconut sugar and xylitol. We've then added ginger powder,  desiccated coconut, cocoa powder or choc carobs depending on the flavor.

Please be aware that our biscuits have been tested for gluten and despite all the ingredients being gluten-free, the results were positive for gluten due to cross-contamination.

While most of our gluten-intolerant clients have shown no symptoms we do not recommend that anyone with a serious allergy to gluten eat this product until we can get them certified as 100% gluten-free.
